how to defeat alternis dim at grandship

this boss battle is a bit tricky, simply because alternis dim has a skill that 1 hits you called minus strike, even if you wear a dark charm it will be useless to get around this you should spam [blessing-mist], the recommended level for alternis dim is level 50.

to help you more on defeating aternis dim here is the job setup i did

Yew : main job knight and sub job bishop with spellcraft
Magnolia : main job bishop  and sub job dancer with spellcraft
Edea : main job catmancer and sub job summoner
Tiz : main job thief and sub job shamanism[hawkeye]

here's main strategy you need to do

1st use [blessing-mist] with Yew and just default magnolia until hes needed to heal or blessing mist
 and she will serve as a backup healer, for Tiz and Edea brave x4 immediately and
use [prometheus-needle]  againts the dark squires and focus side winder on them too, if you dont have summons just basically kill the dark squires as fast as you can, keep casting blessing-mist every 3 turns and one way or the other alternis will go down

i will just add that get Yew p-def as high as possible because he is the one that is going to make the party survive
