to beat the kaiser oblivion you need to have [stand your ground] of freelancer and you need to ghost atleast 1 character,but you can do it even with only [stand your ground].

there is not much strategy here just attack him when you have the chance

and basically surviving the 3 turn recovery disable[winter storm]

KEY STUFF YOU NEED TO REMEMBER!

1. get [stand your ground] ability of freelancer
2. use ghost skills
3. default or defend when the 3 turn recovery disable started [winter storm]
